Increase your productivity by Kaizen

Entreprises Léo LeBlanc et Fils inc present their activity Kaizen at Colloque de l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) and conseillers en relation industrielle agréés (CRIA)

Last April 5, during the conference « Training at the workplace : means and results » of Order of CRHA and CRIA of Québec, Entreprises Léo LeBlanc et Fils inc presented a conference entitled « Increase your productivity by Kaizen ».

In December 2002, Entreprises Léo LeBlanc et Fils inc invested time and money to clean and redo the production area in order to work more efficiently and reduce the cost due to unnecessary moves, lost tools and crowdedness. The results have been successful and since, the company does this exercise on a regular basis.

The people present, entrepreneurs and people of human resources from both the private and public sectors, appreciated the simplicity of the actions taken and the employees' involvement. Often, operations of this nature are presented in a theoretical way and it is difficult to convince the entrepreneurs to get involved.
